Katherine was born and raised right here in St. Petersburg, while Chris made the move from Columbus, Ohio to start a new chapter in Florida. The very night Chris arrived in St. Pete was the night he met his future wife—and they’ve been together ever since. What started as a simple introduction grew into a strong partnership in life, family, and now business.
As a family-owned business, everything we do reflects our values. With Katherine helping lead the office side of things and their daughter as the inspiration behind it all, we take pride in treating every home like it’s our own.

With over 11 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, Chris has worked his way up from an install helper to lead installer and eventually Install Manager. He’s spent years mastering his craft, learning not just how to do the job—but how to do it the right way, with precision, honesty, and pride.
